Recommendations for presenters

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS

Oral communications will last 10 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of discussion with the audience. Presentations should be in English.

Each session will comprise 6 presentations over a period of 90 minutes.

Please consider using the ICOD2 slide masks.

Slides (.pptx file) should be loaded on the presenter computer in advance. Please send your presentation in advance at contact.icod2@univ-nantes.fr and come early to your session.

WORKSHOPS

Workshops last 80 to 90 minutes, and would likely be assisted by 10-40 participants.

POSTERS

Posters should be 118.9 cm high x 84.1 Wide (A0 portrait format).

Please consider using ICOD2 poster mask.

They will remain on display in the conference for all the conference duration. One specific session will be dedicated to poster presentations each day.

Fixing materials will be provided.
